Ownership of Azmarq brands, software, documentation, and customer content.

1. Azmarq ownership

What belongs to us.

Azmarq Technovation Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to:

• the Azmarq name, logos, and product names (including without limitation WhatsApp Business API offerings as branded by Azmarq, My CDP, Customer Journeys, Drip Campaigns, Unified Inbox, AI Agent Studio, Voice 360, CTWA Ads product pages, and related marks);
• the platform software, APIs, dashboards, and underlying technology;
• documentation, websites, marketing materials, and design assets;
• feedback you voluntarily provide about the Services, which you grant Azmarq a royalty-free licence to use to improve the Services.

No rights are granted except the limited licence to use the Services under your agreement with us.

2. Customer content

What belongs to you.

As between you and Azmarq, you retain ownership of Customer Content you submit (message templates, recipient lists, CDP data, creatives, inbox content, etc.). You grant Azmarq only the rights needed to provide the Services, as stated in the Terms and DPA.

3. Third-party marks

Meta, Google, and others.

WhatsApp, Meta, Google, RCS, and other third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those marks on our site does not imply endorsement beyond our stated partner relationships (for example, Meta Business Partner / BSP status where applicable).

4. Restrictions

What you may not do.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly allowed. You may not remove proprietary notices. Resale or white-labelling requires a written partner agreement.

5. Copyright complaints

Reporting alleged infringement.

If you believe material on azmarq.com or in our Services infringes your copyright, contact legal@azmarq.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the URL or location of the material; and a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.
