Trust & Safety — Report Abuse & Fraud
How to report spam, scams, phishing, or abusive messages involving Azmarq's platform.
Draft for legal review. Template for Azmarq Technovation Pvt. Ltd.
1. Our commitment
Why this matters.
Azmarq Technovation Pvt. Ltd. ("Azmarq") is committed to keeping its communications platform free of spam, fraud, and abuse. We work with our customers, telecom operators, and channel partners (including Meta) to detect and act on violations of our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam & Messaging Compliance Policy.
2. What to report
The kinds of activity we want to hear about.
Please report messages or calls sent through our platform that appear to be: unsolicited spam; phishing or smishing (attempts to steal credentials, OTPs, or financial information); scams or financial fraud; impersonation of a person, brand, or authority; malware or malicious links; or other harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content.
3. How to report
The details that help us act.
Send reports to abuse@azmarq.com with as much of the following as you can: the sender ID, number, or address; the date and time received; the full message content or a screenshot; and any link or attachment (do not click suspicious links). If you have suffered financial loss or identity theft, we encourage you also to report it to your bank and the relevant authorities (in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal / 1930 helpline).
4. What we do with reports
Our process.
We investigate reports, and where we confirm a violation we may filter or block the traffic, suspend or terminate the responsible account, and report the matter to operators, channel providers, or authorities. Because we may act as a Data Processor for our customers' traffic, some matters are referred to the responsible customer for action. We treat reports confidentially to the extent consistent with our investigation and legal obligations.
5. A note on caution
Protecting yourself.
Azmarq will never ask you for passwords, full card numbers, or OTPs by message. Treat any message that does so as suspicious, and do not share sensitive information or click unfamiliar links.
